ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Here is a summary of our admission procedure to guide you in enrolling your child in our school.

Admission into Havenpoint High School (HHS) will be done via entrance examination, in which the dates will be announced to prospective parents. Students who wish to apply must have duly completed their primary school education. Students will be accessed in the following subjects:

• Mathematics
• English
• General Studies

Entrance forms are obtainable from the school office. Submission of the entrance forms are only accepted with a bank teller deposit slip bearing ₦7,000.

NOTE : Havenpoint High Schools does not offer admission into examination classes such as Grade 9 and Grade 12.

Visit our school to purchase an application form for ₦7,000.

To get an assessment date, completed application forms should be submited with the underlisted:

• 4 recent passport photographs.

• Academic reports from the last 2 sessions (not more than 6 months old).

• Applicant’s character testimonial from the current school.

• Immunization record and medical report (after the admission is offered).

NOTE : Applicant will undergo a test depending on the intending class of the applicant.

Attend interview

Successful candidates will be informed via SMS, email or phone call.

Accept an official offer of admission

Submit required documentation for enrollment

Collect an invoice detailing fees as due

Acceptance letter signed and returned with all required payment.

NOTE : Payments are made to designated banks or via pos on school premises. Account department receives the bank slip/draft and issues a receipt.

The receipt is very important so please keep it safe.

Student meets with a senior teacher and is allocated to the appropriate class.
